Spinach Casserole

From Classic Home Cooking cookbook

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 2 cups cream style cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup butter, cut into pieces
  • 1-1/2 cups cheese, any kind, cubed
  • 3 eggs beaten
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine all ingredients thoroughly.
  2. Pour into greased crockpot.
  3. Cook on high for one hour.
  4. Turn to low and cook for 4 to 5 hours.
  5. You can also cook it in oven at 350 to 400 for one hour and then at 200 for 3 to 4 hours.
