INGREDIENTS
- 2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 2 cups cream style cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup butter, cut into pieces
- 1-1/2 cups cheese, any kind, cubed
- 3 eggs beaten
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- Combine all ingredients thoroughly.
- Pour into greased crockpot.
- Cook on high for one hour.
- Turn to low and cook for 4 to 5 hours.
- You can also cook it in oven at 350 to 400 for one hour and then at 200 for 3 to 4 hours.
