Huzarensalade

From Classic Home Cooking cookbook

INGREDIENTS
  • 3 cups ground beef, cooked
  • 1 apple, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. dill pickles, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • Nutmeg, cloves to taste
  • 2 hard-0cooked eggs, chopped
  • 1 cup beets, chopped
  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • mayonnaise (or oil and vinegar)
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix all ingredients
  2. Chill.
