INGREDIENTS
- 2 (10 oz) pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
- 4 chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1-1/2 tsp. curry powder
- 1 cup buttered breadcrumbs
- Cook broccoli according to package directions.
- Drain well.
- Place in a lightly greased 1-1/2 quart casserole; top with chicken.
- Combine remaining ingredients except breadcrumbs, stirring well.
- Spoon mixture over chicken, top with breadcrumbs.
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
