Café Don Jaun

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup strong, hot coffee (espresso works well)
  • Sugar
  • 1 oz. dark rum
  • 1 oz. Kahlua
  • Whipped cream

DIRECTIONS
  1. Moisten the edge of a coffee cup with a little rum.
  2. Place a little sugar on a dish, and dip the cup into the sugar to coat rim.
  3. Add the rum and the Kahlua, and mix together.
  4. Add the coffee, and stir quickly to mix.
  5. Top with whipped cream.
NOTES
  • The whipped cream prevents the alcohol from escaping.
