Broccoli Quiche Pie

INGREDIENTS
  • 6 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 (10 oz.) box frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and well drained
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 3 slices bread, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 375. Coat a 9-inch pie plate with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
  2. Mix the eggs, broccoli, cheeses, milk, mustard, and garlic in a large bowl.
  3. Arrange the bread cubes over the bottom of the pie plate.
  4. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the bread cubes. Press gently to create a level surface.
  5. Bake until golden brown, about 35 minutes. Let sit 10-15 minutes before serving.
