Broccoli Quiche Pie
INGREDIENTS
- 6 large eggs, beaten
- 1 (10 oz.) box frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and well drained
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 3 slices bread, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 375. Coat a 9-inch pie plate with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
- Mix the eggs, broccoli, cheeses, milk, mustard, and garlic in a large bowl.
- Arrange the bread cubes over the bottom of the pie plate.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the bread cubes. Press gently to create a level surface.
- Bake until golden brown, about 35 minutes. Let sit 10-15 minutes before serving.
