- 1 (6 oz) jar pitted kalamata olives, drained
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- Process all ingredients in a food processor until a coarse paste forms, stopping to scrape down sides.
Stir pesto into pasta or serve with pita chips
