Black Olive Pesto

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 (6 oz) jar pitted kalamata olives, drained
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. dried basil
  • 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
DIRECTIONS
  1. Process all ingredients in a food processor until a coarse paste forms, stopping to scrape down sides.

Stir pesto into pasta or serve with pita chips
