Grilled Chicken Roller

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 small boneless skinless chicken breast half (1/4 lb.)
  • 1 slice cheese
  • 1 slice Bacon
  • 1 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
DIRECTIONS
  1. Heat grill to medium heat.
  2. Pound chicken to 1/4-inch thickness.
  3. Top with cheese; roll up tightly. Wrap bacon around long sides of roll covering exposed cheese, stretching bacon as necessary to fit; secure with toothpicks.
  4. Grill 15 to 20 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF), turning frequently and brushing with dressing the last 5 min. Discard toothpicks before serving.
