My son and I enjoy eating these with butter and jelly, or butter and a little cinnamon/sugar. These are fairly plain, but are also a good biscuit for gravy.
2 cups flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. 1/3 cup cold butter
1/2 cup milk
- Mix together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
- Cut in butter until mixture becomes coarse crumbs,.
- Add milk and stir.
- Knead mixture and roll out to 1/2 inch thickness.
- Cut out biscuits.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 13-15 minutes.
ENJOY! (Picture soon to come)
